1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and tk73 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all use of the tk73 website, mobile site, and all services offered through it, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer games, and promotional offers.

By accessing or using any part of the tk73 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a tk73 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the services offered by tk73.

tk73 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, tk73 may suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and void any bonuses or winnings accumulated during the unverified period. All accounts are subject to ongoing KYC review at tk73's discretion.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on tk73. Opening more than one account — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

Account Credentials

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service or application.
• Do not log in to your tk73 account on shared, borrowed, or public devices unless you log out fully when finished.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and notify tk73 support.
• tk73 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

tk73 may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence) at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time during routine compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure. Verified withdrawals are processed in accordance with the standard timeline set out in Section 4.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk73 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk73 does not apply currency conversion fees on standard transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits

Deposits at tk73 may be made via the following methods, subject to availability at the time of deposit:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Mobile wallet deposits are typically credited to your tk73 account within seconds of confirmation in the wallet application.
• Bank transfers from major Bangladesh banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Bank transfer deposits may take up to several business hours to process, depending on the originating bank's inter-bank transfer schedule.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account after login.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts with pending or incomplete verification may have withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification at tk73's discretion.
• Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 15 minutes of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or in cases where additional review is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

tk73 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this Section 5, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a tk73 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to your account upon completion of the qualifying deposit, provided all eligibility conditions are met. The welcome bonus is available only once per player, per household, and per device. Players who self-exclude, or who are found to have used multiple accounts, are not eligible.

General Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by tk73 are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless the specific terms of an individual offer state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds that expire due to the time limit being exceeded are forfeited without compensation.
• Certain games may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate of each game category is listed in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim more than one bonus simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on tk73 are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own internal rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet or wager.

The following conditions apply to all gameplay and betting activity on tk73:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk73 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system, except where a manifest technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or interrupted live stream — the outcome of the affected round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's own technical malfunction policy. tk73 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions that are beyond its reasonable control.
• Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), are subject to the specific rules of each market. Voided markets, late results, or match postponements are handled in accordance with the sportsbook rules published on the tk73 platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Players who are found to be systematically exploiting game mechanics, RNG patterns, or live dealer practices in a manner that constitutes professional advantage play may have their accounts reviewed and maximum stakes reduced at tk73's discretion.

7 Responsible Gaming

tk73 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to provide protective tools seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered tk73 players and can be activated directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control the total amount you deposit within a given period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. When the session time limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period: Take a short break from gambling by placing a temporary lock on your account for a period of your choice (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During the cooling-off period you will not be able to deposit or place bets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk73 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one account, registering using false or third-party identity, or using any automated method to create accounts.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity, or using the platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known bug or exploit are void and will be reclaimed by tk73.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets without the genuine participation of a human player.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino or poker formats, to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward tk73 staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat and email.

tk73 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take any proportionate action it deems appropriate, up to and including permanent closure and legal referral.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

tk73 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction or disclosure of account information.

Where an account is closed by tk73 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free spins, or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances that are not subject to active dispute or legal hold will be returned to the player using the same payment method as the last deposit, subject to identity verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk73 platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces supplied by tk73 (as distinct from third-party game provider content), text, promotional material, and software — is the exclusive property of tk73 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of tk73.

The tk73 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of tk73. Use of any tk73 trademark, trade name, or service mark without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk73 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's voluntary decision to place a bet or wager, including losses incurred while using bonus funds.
• Interruptions to service arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond tk73's reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the tk73 platform, even if tk73 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12 Privacy

tk73 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what personal data tk73 collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and the rights available to you in respect of your personal data. 13 Amendments to These Terms

tk73 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tk73 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account — however, it is each player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the tk73 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
